This Mercury retro in Gemini started on May 29, 2021 and ends on June 22. Today is June 17. So we’ve got less than a week to go. Take a look at this checklist and note which ones apply to you in the last week or so.

A woman I hadn’t heard from since the last Mercury retrograde emailed me out of the blue.
I bought a Carl Jung book that I erroneously sent to our daughter rather then myself.
Tech issues on a recent Zoom meet-up.
But the worst so far? I got a call from Megan, who was feeding three cats while the owner was out west somewhere, getting married. She walked into the house and found one of the cats dead. It brought back memories of the sudden death of her own cat, Piper, a year earlier. As every parent knows, that call you get from your sobbing kids in the middle of the day or night is always the worst.
I’m practically holding my breath until June 22, when Mercury turns direct again.Until then, I’m revising, reviewing, reconsidering.

This Mercury retro was set off by the lunar eclipse on May 26 and the solar eclipse happened on the day Mercury hit the flashpoint of the retrograde cycle. It’s been rough except for an all too brief conjunction of transiting Mars to my natal Jupiter. The changes tended to be more obstructive and some of them have been permanent. I always lose things during the Merc retrogrades. Usually I can compensate. Not this time. Or at least not yet. Don’t want to jinx a miracle. When Mars entered my solar sign (or shortly after that) I had a sunstroke I’m still recovering from. Fortunately nobody died. My sincere condolences to Megan.
I posted this on FB and the comments indicate it’s been tough on a lot of people. The asteroid astrologer, Alex Miller, also mentions the lunar eclipse, Cheryl.Read his latest post on Biden.
Tried to access Alex without success. Apparently there’s another Alex Miller on Twitter (a woman who has nothing to do with astrology but has a lot of nothing to say about Biden). Do you have a link? I’m drowning in computer snafus.

There’s too much happening in the Biden Administration to get a clear read on anything there – too much chaos. The personal chart asteroids are concerning, however. Semisextiles are very active and to have Atropos (cutting the cord) activating Lachesis (life span) does imply at the very least he’s feeling the pressure. A lot. Saturn’s placement in Aquarius is quite strong, in a favorable sense. Saturn is the ancient ruler of Aquarius. I wish Alex would include charts with his readings. Just intuitively, the hit I get is that this eclipse isn’t the one to worry about. If there’s an assassination attempt, I think it will fail. The next eclipse in December feels more ominous. I need to look at Biden’s solar return chart. See where Klotho, Lachesis and Atropos fall there.

Ugh, I feel like I’m living in a permanent merc-retro. Sprinkler system is the bane of my existence. With a huge drought in the West, perfect timing of the sprinkler system is a must. Another thing Rich took care of..

Super synchronicities 2 of then in the same week.
At a coffee shop I received a message for covering a yoga session the same evening and accepted it. At the session in the evening a lady I dont know walks up to me and said: you were at that place today and when I saw you I knew you were a yoga teacher in spite of being dressed in urban style. Funnily enough at the same coffee shop, she received a call from the Yoga studio informing her that her class would be taught by another teacher ( me ) …
I messaged a student of mine informing her that since its been long we havent met, if she wold like to attend that class which is nearby her office. She unfortunately couldn’t Few dys after, i am invited for lunch somewhere else and as i entered I saw my friend and her husband sitting having lunch. I walked up to her and she went” Oh what a synchronicity!
Other few things happened… too. so funnny.
