Trish, did you listen to this podcast again? Things have happened since you brought up FEVERED for the first time. Bernard bought the book and commented on some promotional copy that appeared on the cover in a subsequent podcast. “A crazed killer…a determined lady cop…” I bought the book and actually read it. It might be a fun topic for this weekend’s coincidence cafè if we were in the same group. Covid, it’s not over yet. We thought the title FEVERED was a synchro for Covid. The man who turned out to be the killer had a dog of his own that he was mistreating and his wife turned him in to save the dog. Truly a bizarro alternate reality.

    • Trish and Rob says:

Wow, am not aware of this. I didn’t listen to this podcast. But you’re right about fevered and covid, it seems. Maybe fevered pertains to his era of history we’re living through.

      • Cheryl says:

I think it’s telling us about synchronicity itself. How it works. It didn’t mean the same thing to you while it was happening the first time. Do you know what struck me the most? You said you didn’t even remember getting on the plane afterwords. Rob didn’t remember either, what happened afterwords.

        • Trish and Rob says:

          We still don’t remember.

          • Cheryl says:

It’s what I call a time glitch. Time glitches are always important. They hide, I think doorways into other dimensions. They let you know that some kind of shift is taking place. Right now. As we speak.

            • Trish and Rob says:

              Glitch.
Blip is what I call them.

              • Cheryl says:

Well, a blip doesn’t work the same way. A blip is something you see on a screen. You are an observer whenever a blip appears. A glitch is something that happens to you. It feels personal. Your response (and Rob’s) on the podcast to what Bernard was saying about what had happened in Venezuela, just to the memory of it, was personal. Why didn’t I go after that guy, you said. If you were asking me that question at the time, I would have said it had something to do with all those men standing around with machine guns. Taking the long view, looking back at then from now, I would say that it was a pivotal point in time. Had you tapped him on the shoulder and asked why he had one of your books as the only item in his suitcase, we would not now be having this conversation. That’s just a guess, of course. One of many possible outcomes.
