In our book 7 Secrets of Synchronicityity, the fourth secret is called The Creative and states: Creativity lies at the heart of synchonicity. The following two stories are good examples of what this means.
English novelist Dame Rebecca West was writing a story in which a girl finds a hedgehog in her garden. A West wrote this passage, she was interrupted by employees who informed her they’d just found a hedgehog in the garden.
When Norman Mailer began his novel Barbary Shore, there was no Russian spy in it. As he worked on the book, a Russian spy became a minor character. As t he work progressed, the spy became the dominant character. After he completed the novel, the Immigration Service arrested a man who lived one flight below Mailer in the same building. He was Colonel Rudolf Abel, named as the top Russia spy in the U.S. at the time.
Funny thing is that when I watched ‘Sonic the Hedgehog 2’ I got another sign from watching it that had nothing to do with hedgehogs –

Just left you a comment on your blog about this!
I’ll have to hear how your sister and her husband like Singapore when they get back.
The only thing that worries me is the humidity.
Brisbane whether in summer is hot enough (this year has been cool so far), which would be similar to Floridia weather I would imagine.
But humid weather drains me, literally.
I guess I’ll just have to head for the air con if outside Singapore gets too hot for me.
My sister says the humidity is extreme!
I heard a podcast featuring Gary Lachman talking about a book he was writing about dreams and precognition, where he talked about a woman dreaming of picking up a hedgehog from the road, only to see an Instagram post about saving the hedgehog when she awoke.
Gary Lachman would make a good guest for your podcast, as the ex-Blondie guitarist has written many books about Jung, synchronicity and precognition.
I wrote a post about Gary and hedgehogs a while back when I heard him talk about the hedgehogs on a podcast –

I’ll check out your post. Thank you for the suggestion!
I think Gary has been on Bernie’s podcast before, too.
Maybe not, as I did a search and couldn’t find any interviews between Bernie and Gary.
I might have been thinking of Jeffrey Mishlove’s New Thinking Allowed podcasts like this one –

So . . . Be mindful of what your write about. ✍️
For sure!

On a synchromystic personal note, I just signed up for a week’s free trial of Paramount Plus after canceling my subscription to BritBox, because I was watching the new BritBox series called ‘A Spy Among Friends’ and when I went to resume watching the series a message came up telling me that I would need to buy an Amazon Prime app to watch it now.
I cancelled BritBox and saw the free week’s trial offer for Paramount Plus and signed up so I could watch ‘The Offer’ TV series about the making of ‘The Godfather’.
And when I was scrolling through the Paramount movies on offer, I saw they had ‘Sonic the Hedgehog 2’ and wondered if I should watch it, as I had seen the first one at the drive-in in 2020 during Covid lockdown when the cinemas were closed in Australia.
I decided if the universe sent me a sign that I should watch Sonic 2, then I would watch it this week, otherwise I would pass on watching it.
Next day I read this hedgehog post about a Russian spy novel, so I guess I’ll have to make time to watch this movie now?
And the irony is I still have BritBox until January 11th, and it seems that I can watch the Russian spy show on BritBox now, as they must have fixed the glitch –
