Gaetz denied all allegations, of course, and withdrew his nomination before the ethics committee’s second meeting to determine if their report should be released publicly. DeSantis will undoubtedly reinstate him to his congressional seat.

So, who’s next? Trump’s choices certainly reflect his own depravity, but supporters will dismiss all this with, “It’s the deep state’s fake news.”
