The No Kings rally in West Palm Beach today, June 14, was peaceful. It was at the amphitheater, outside, and there were at least 1000 people there with some terrific signs. My favorite was the one in the photo.
The Florida governor, a trump wannabe, issued a “tough guy” warning that if protesters blocked cars, drivers could run them over. There were police out and about, but no reason for them to move in on the rally.
We were all exercising our first amendment rights -which trump and desantis are trying hard to stifle by instilling fear in people so we all stay home.
Ha! Fat chance!
