They seem to be in short supply these days.When I go into a news site to see what happened today or yesterday, all I find are chaotic horror stories one after another, perpetrated by trump or his administration. But maybe that, in itself, is a synchro.
Today, for instance, it was a story about RFK- you know, the guy with the famous last name & no medical background who is head of health and human services. Here’s the opening to a piece today on Raw Story:
“Just one month after releasing the new food pyramid, RFK released a workout video with Kid Rock where the pair eat steaks, pump iron, and then drink raw milk in a hot tub together. It’s difficult to watch, but even more difficult to describe. Comedian Stephen Colbert called it “senior softcore that feels like dropping acid.”
The dude has called for an end to vaccines for kids for oh, things like measles, chicken pox, polio. He advocates for beef protein instead of plant protein, a Jell-O crackdown, curbs on fluoride for toothpaste and in water, and…well, it’s an absurd list. Just think of something you have used for much of your life and he has probably advocated for getting rid of it. Banning it.
Then there’s Hegseth, you know, the ex-Fox News host whom trump appointed secretary of defense, who seems to think going to war with Iran is a cool video game. Oh, the cost of your gas is soaring? Don’t worry, it’ll go down when we win.
Then there’s good ole Marco Rubio,secretary of state, born on May 28 1971, Miami, to Cuban-born parents who left the island in 1956 before Castro showed up. I suspect he’s the one who encourages trump about his idea of invading Cuba. And, as a Gemini myself, I’m ashamed that both he and trump are Geminis.
And these guys are just three in his admin besides trump who are running the country. & yeah, we’re in great shape – we’ve pissed off most of our allies, ICE still rounds up people who aren’t white and whisks them away to ICE concentration camps, every day there are threats hurled at different groups. Now they’re rigging voting districts in their favor.
In less than 2 years trump and his gang have torn apart democracy from the inside out. And yet, the people are beginning to stand up in greater numbers – at protests, on you tube news sites, on MSNOW.
Trump offers nothing but continued chaos, grifting & payoffs & horror shows. That’s’ what voting republican in the midterms will bring you. Personally, I’d like to see trump impeached and convicted and sent to prison. Then I’d like to see everyone else in his admin in prison. Then it would be great if something positive happened with this supreme court,which is as corrupt as the trumpie admin.
