My ‘take’ on the spasmotic actions is that they may be moving in and out of a dimensional portal of some kind. Yep, sci-fi. But, who knows? They certainly come into our space from SOMEWHERE, and maybe these were jumping back and forth through the openings from one dimension to another.
It’s almost like teenagers at play until the big momma shows up.
