Last summer my friend was collecting joker cards from playing card packs, so in a charity shop I bought up some old card packs which had some unusual jokers. One joker was looking through binoculars and I had just bought my son a pair that week. (Never before or since have I bought binoculars).
A couple of days later, I picked up a book in a charity shop in which the main character of the book collected jokers! It was The Solitaire Mystery by Josten Gaarder (who wrote the best selling Sophies World).

the number 22, or 222 has followed my alot of members of my family..alot of significant events happen good or bad..but always life altering somehow on these dates…and the numbers always appear in tel# or addresses or accts..its almost expected it happens so much..there are other people out there too with this connection theres a webiste about the numbers 222 !
oh, speaking of stalkers – while they were fairly frequent guests during the time my grandson was here, for the several weeks he's been gone, things were pretty quiet, but the past week or so, the 11:11 and 1:11 boys have been hanging around over here – [can't really "see" anything but their "stalking sticks"] – a curiosity as i've had a couple of disturbing dreams about christopher who seems a bit distracted lately – anyway…
Sansego – in June, we posted two number synchronicities – on 11:11 and the #23. Take a look @ those. People seem to be "stalked" by all sorts of different numbers!

trish and rob – you know, liam neeson has just done his first big interview since the tragic death of his wife – i've not really looked into it but i just realized that this new movie of his is entitled "five minutes of heaven" isn't it? it rings a bit of something to me – am wondering if any parallels there? reminds me also of the whole thing of actors portraying roles on screen that ultimately become their own reality – anyway, was just curious – and what better place to express that than over here at the curious cats place 🙂

I have weird coincidences with the number 22. It always freaks me out.
I had a friend in Mozambique who was always telling me to be "attentive to the signs", meaning the little things that most people never are aware of. He told me that one day he was driving and a car cut in front of him and he noticed the license plate, which had the the figure 19 repeated. He kept going and later on that day he ran into a friend who told him it was his sons's 19th birthday, did he want to join the celebration. And so on, the figure 19 keeping appearing in various different ways. Well, he had to travel the following day and when he was asked where he wanted to sit, there were seats 19A and 27 F free, he chose 19A. That was the 1981 LAM flight which had a fire on flight and and had to have an emergency landing and practically everyone died in that flight except those sitting on line 19. My friend was a "strange" man after that terrible accident. But what a "coincidence"???
Yesterday I read an Alaskan blog that referenced the Perseid meteor showers; I was unaware it was that time of year. I checked our local weather report here in Austin and discovered it would be partly cloudy but the viewing after 'good dark' should yield some sparklers. We had an unforecasted T-storm move in and soak the drought-cracked ground so didn't go out to spead a blanket and sky-gaze. Turned on "Frasier" at 11:20 and the episode hinged around a dinner party featuring **meteor showers** and that phrase was used 2 or 3 times in the last 10 minutes of the episode!

Jarielyn – don't know where I got that scorpio thing, except that your energy feels that way. So maybe it's a scorpio moon – or rising, as the woman remarked.

BTW, I am a virgo. It's funny that you thought I was a scorpio. Just this weekend when I was in Nashville, I met a woman who asked me if I was a scorpio. When I told her I was a virgo she said that I probably had a scorpio rising.
