Two events mark March 9. Mercury turns direct in Aquarius at 11:49 PM EDT and there’s a full moon in Virgo at 1:48 PM EDT.
Let’s take Mercury first. The end of a Merc retro is always a day to greet with a cheer. It means the end of snafus, miscommunications, feeling stalled and frustrated. For me, this retro has been about re-scheduling of appointments, a few audio/skype snafus on the podcast, rewrites, stuff like that. No huge setbacks. What about you?
This full moon in Virgo at 19 degrees impacts all Virgos, but especially those of you born in mid-September. Or if you have a moon or rising close to or at 19 Virgo . Or hey, any planet at or close to 19 Virgo. Full moons usually indicate news, harvest, completion, and this one benefits from a favorable angle from Jupiter, the planet that represents luck, prosperity, expansion, and abundance.
Some astrologers say that Jupiter is over-rated. But to me, Jupiter is our ally, our personal GPS for true north, the energy that asks us to step out of our comfort zones and embrace what is new, different, foreign to our thinking. Thanks to the angle it forms to this full moon, the news you hear should be positive.
