First, it was the book banning, with Florida leading the way in 2024 with 4,561 books. George Orwell’s 1984 still holds the top spot for banned books.
Now, Florida is the second state to buy into RFK’s edict that flouride is bad so our illustrious governor has banned its use in pubic water. A reminder: RFK has NO medical experience and shouldn’t be the head of Health & Human Services.
Oklahoma is the first state that will teach in high school that 2020 election conspiracy theories are fact. I suspect that Florida will soon follow.
Dumbing down America seems to be the administration’s intent. After all, dumb, uneducated people are the easier to fool into believing whatever bullshit you want them to believe.
