    A mystical Woodstock! New phrase.

  2. Cole says:

It is like a Mystical Woodstock! I still would like to be there, specifically on the Summer Solstice. To be able to see what the ancients saw so long ago would be pretty amazing. I would hope that with the rising sun I would be able to block out the energy of all the others and tune into a deeper vibe. But who knows it looks like it might be distracting, yet maybe at that moment everyone's energy only enhances the experience.

  4. Adele Aldridge says:

Holy Moley! To coin a phrase 🙂

The thing that catches my eye the most here is that while I'm sweltering in 90+ degree heat and humidity all those folks are wrapped in coats, scarves and hats.

Wish I were there, and not just so I could wear a coat.

  5. Trish and Rob MacGregor says:

I'd want to be there regardless of the crowd.

  6. GYPSYWOMAN says:

an incredible thing to experience no matter the crowd i think and i go with nancy on perhaps some are drawn there for reasons unknown even to themselves at that moment – but drawn, nevertheless – which is a good thing, i think –

  7. Nancy says:

Maybe they are being drawn by something deep within themselves. Something even they do not understand.

  8. 67 Not Out (Mike Perry) says:

At least at the Solstice people were able to get amongst the stones and touch them. Not an ideal situation to do so, what with so many people, but when in the circle it becomes a little more real.

This video stirred my personal intolerance for those that go somewhere just to be there – with little awareness of the phenomenal connection to history and evolution – of who they are – in relation to where they are.

Sacred spaces should not be tourist attractions. Yet I understand that a small percentage that walk the path are there in honor. And all deserve the chance if only they would see.

What I felt two years ago during my visit to Stonehenge was the disconnect of the masses trudging through and overwhelming the subtle layers of energy. Only by getting distance from the tourist agenda of "I went to Stonehenge" was I able to observe the potential of a creative energy we can only feel in dreams.

  10. Trish and Rob MacGregor says:

Really. The place looks jammed, but at least they're all inside.

(sigh) There are so many of us now…
