The volcanic eruptions in Iceland are having an impact on several of the planetary empaths we have written about in previous posts.
For several days,D page has been exhibiting some of the same symptoms that we wrote about in the linked post. Connie Cannon, who dreamed about these eruptions several weeks before they happened, wrote this morning to say that her throat is “burning,” and that she feels uneasy about the possibility of an eruption from a second volcano in Iceland. D’s 24-year-old daughter, who is also sensitive, has reported persistent ringing in her ears, one of the symptoms these individuals feel about pending earthquakes.
There’s speculation that Katla, a more powerful volcano 8 miles east of the present eruptions, could blow as well. Katla erupts about twice a century, the last time in 1918, when it triggered glacial floods. The New York Times has a good article on the situation here.

But your back on your blog. That's good enough for me!
The 30th!
When does she get home, Nancy? Yeah, it IS hard not to get paranoid! And hurricane seasons starts june 1.
I just wish my youngest was home from Thailand already! Geeze, volcanoes disrupting air traffic, and red shirts taking over Bangkok. Not to mention – Hawaii has had it's coldest day on record since we've been here. Weird stuff. It's hard not to get paranoid.
If Katla erupts about twice a century and the last was in 1918, it's probably due, unless this one has released the pressure and taken the glory.
Inexplicable anxiety and uneasiness were in the symptoms list, Jen. Hmm.
I think it was Thursday, the 15th. It seems more may be on the way – based on their symptoms.
Interesting… I wish I could remember the dreams I have been having as I would easily describe them as "explosive." Not to mention I have been having a pretty intense anxiety for the last few days… I thought it was just pre-vacation nerves~ perhaps NOT?
ok – so what was the actual date of the eruption? i keep finding different dates on the net – and during my trip i was totally lost to the media – geeeezzzzeee…sorry to have to ask –
Uh! Darn, we better pay attention.
Too funny!Hope you're feeling better!
Trish nad Rob,
Thanks for posting this.
I had to laugh yesterday when the "volcano authorities" were trying to decide if Katla had already erupted. The AP wire tweets were back forth: yes it did, no it didn't, maybe it was the other one. Finally, the story was that they were looking at the satellite photos wrong and the currently active volcano was spewing with more intensity.
