On Whitley Strieber’s site, there’s a tab called out there that lists worldwide UFO sightings. Some of these come with photos and videos. That’s how we ran across one of the strangest you tube videos to date.

We'll take a look, anonymous. It sure is a weird little critter, whether fakes or real.
This looks a lot like the entity that was shown on the program Fact or Faked. You can see that video on youtube as "stick figure in Fresno" Could they be the same type of thing?
I've seen this one previously and just feel it's a fake.
I would very much like to see this enhanced, with a close-up. It is possible to do that with our advanced technology and camera accessories. They need to do that.

When you mention the name Whitley Strieber,all I can think of is a man who is probably a product of the Black Ops,more than the aliens.
I think Whitley thinks the "Aliens" are real ( and he is probably just an innocent victim ),but it's probably an implanted memory…that's my opinion,anyway.
Don't get me wrong…I think there really are such things as Aliens,but just not Whitley's "Aliens".
