Funny that line “We cannot escape ourselves”
,harks back to one of my favourite movies “Bronson”,where the theme of the movie is the same, although way more violent.
I also just last night before reading this post ordered the complete 1967 TV series
“The Prisoner” which carries the same theme,by what I have read of it.
” After resigning from a top-secret position, a man is abducted from his London home and taken to a mysterious place known only as The Village. Residents of The Village, known only by numbers, are held captive on account of their valuable knowledge. The Prisoner–Number Six–must protect his mind in order to preserve his humanity while he struggles to discover the identity of Number One and achieve freedom by escaping from the repressive grasp of his captors. ”
I couldn’t help thinking of Mike Perry when I was reading about the plot of the show because the captured spy is number “6” and his car is number “7” and the TV show was made in England in 19″67″.
Maybe a cat version of this show could also work ?-)

Oh this is so good! And full of such truth…yet…you feel for him.
I love his take on the other cat, we often feel our 2 sister cats feel that way about our younger rescue!
Thanks for the laugh!
Great video. I can see this turned into a comic strip or similar.
